为羧化酶的辅酶,参与很多羧化反应,且是糖、蛋白质和脂肪中间代谢的一个重要辅酶
作为饲料添加剂,主要用于禽类和母猪饲料。通常预混的质量分数为1%-2%。
作食品强化剂。可用于婴幼儿食品,使用量为0.1~0.4mg/kg,在饮液中为0.02~0.08mg/kg。
