Notoginsenoside R1 (Sanchinoside R1),是一种从 P. notoginseng 中分离出来的皂苷。 Notoginsenoside R1 具有抗氧化,抗炎,抗血管生成和抗凋亡的活性。Notoginsenoside R1 可提供抗缺血/再灌注 (I/R) 损伤的心脏保护作用。Notoginsenoside R1 还可以提供神经保护作用。
