磷酸脲应用领域

【用途一】用作牛、羊、马反刍动物饲料添加物,还可作阻燃剂、金属表面处理剂、清洗剂等

【用途二】是优良的饲料添加剂,可为牲畜提供磷和非蛋白氮(尿素态氮)两种营养元素,特别适用于反刍动物饲用,能减缓牛、羊瘤胃和血中氮的释放和传递速度,安全性比尿素高。也是一种高浓度氮磷复合肥料,适于碱性土壤,对水稻、小麦、油菜等作物均有增产效果。还用作阻燃剂、金属表面处理剂、发酵营养剂、清洗剂和净化磷酸用助剂。

磷酸脲制备方法

二次结晶法将含50%P2O5的湿法磷酸和60%(质量)的尿素溶液加入混合反应器中,在110℃混合后用泵送入真空蒸发器中进行浓缩,再离心分离、干燥,制得磷酸脲成品。为得到饲料级产品,可进行二次结晶。分离后母液经浓缩,再返回混合反应器加以利用。其
