荭草苷物理化学性质

荭草苷药理作用

荭草苷可以从竹叶中提取,研究表明荭草苷对缺氧-复氧损伤的心肌细胞具有明显的保护作用,并具有显著的舒张血管作用。其效应与剂量呈相关性。

荭草苷具有抗氧化活性,有明显的舒张血管作用,具有明显的抗血栓作用。

金莲花的主要药效成分是黄酮类成分,有效成分是单体荭草苷、牡荆苷属黄酮碳苷类,具有抗氧化,抗病毒,抗炎,抗菌,降压和解痉等作用。

1、荭草苷和牡荆苷抑制食管癌细胞生长增殖

癌细胞处在细胞周期之中,不分化,抑制生长也就是抑制其增殖,荭草苷和牡荆苷具有抑制食管癌肿瘤细胞增殖作用,呈剂量—效应正相关挤及时间—效应正相关。荭草苷和牡荆苷,能够诱导食管癌细胞出现早期凋亡,凋亡发生率与药物剂量呈正相关。

且荭草苷作用强于牡荆苷。

2、荭草苷对心肌的保护作用

荭草苷具有明显的抗急性心肌缺血,减小心肌梗死范围的作用。荭草苷能显著提高损伤心肌细胞内超氧化物歧化酶的活性及细胞内线粒体脱氢酶活性,明显抑制乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶水平,降低丙二醛的含量,降低袭击细胞内钙的浓度。

3、荭草苷的抗血栓作用

荭草苷能明显延长小鼠体外凝血时间,延长家兔血浆凝血酶原时间,显著抑制二磷酸腺苷二钠引起的血小板聚集。

5、荭草苷能降低血清胆固醇作用

荭草苷能降低正常及血瘀模型大鼠全血粘度,降低血浆粘度,降低纤维蛋白原的含量,并能降低细胞比容积,减慢血沉速度,明显降低高胆固醇血症的小白鼠血清胆固醇。
