【制备方法】CH3(CH2)7=CH(CH2)11COCl与 C2H5OMgCH(CO2C2H5)2,在苯中回流,生成(Z)- CH3(CH2)CH=CH(CH2)11COCH(CO2C2H5)2,该化合物在4:1冰醋-盐酸中回流水解脱羧后,生成(Z)- CH3(CH2)CH=CH(CH2)11COCH2,最后与水合肼、氢氧化钾溶液反应,即制得本产品。
