alpha-Hederin (α-Hederin) 是一种单桥糖三萜皂苷,对多种肿瘤细胞具有良好的抗肿瘤作用。alpha-Hederin 可通过激活线粒体依赖性途径抑制胃癌细胞增殖,诱导凋亡 (apoptosis),并伴有谷胱甘肽减少和活性氧生成。

提取来源

黄褐毛忍冬 Lonicera fulvotomentosa. 藤本;幼枝、叶柄、叶下面、总花梗、苞片、小苞片和萼齿均密被开展或弯伏的黄褐色毡毛状糙毛,幼枝和叶两面还散生桔红色短腺毛。冬芽约具4对鳞片。叶纸质,卵状矩圆形至矩圆状披针形,长3-8 (-11) 厘米,顶端渐尖,基部圆形、浅心形或近截形,上面疏生短糙伏毛,中脉毛较密;叶柄长5-7毫米。双花排列成腋生或顶生的短总状花序,花序梗长达1厘米;总花梗长约2毫米,下托以小形叶1对;苞片钻形,长5-7毫米;小苞片卵形至条状披针形,长为萼筒的1/2至略较长;萼筒倒卵状椭圆形,长约2毫米,无毛,萼齿条状披针形,长2-3毫米;花冠先白色后变黄色,长3-3.5厘米,唇形,筒略短于唇瓣,外面密被黄褐色倒伏毛和开展的短腺毛,上唇裂片长圆形,长约8毫米,下唇长约1.8厘米;雄蕊和花柱均高出花冠,无毛;柱头近圆形,直径约1毫米。果实不详。花期6-7月。
