简介
Sennoside B 是一种蒽醌苷,在狭叶番泻 (Cassia angustifolia) 的叶子和豆荚中大量发现。Sennoside B 可通过与 PDGF-BB 及其受体结合并下调 PDGFR-β 信号传导途径来抑制 PDGF 刺激的细胞增殖。

物理化学性质

浅黄色棱状晶体(丙酮),熔点180~186℃,旋光度-100°(c=0.2,70%丙酮),旋光度-67°(c=0.4,70%二氧六环)。溶解性质同番泻甙A,但比番泻甙A溶解度大。

来源

为豆科灌木植物狭叶番泻Cassia angustifolia Vahl 或尖叶番泻C.acutifolia Delile 的叶。

外观

浅黄色结晶粉末。

功效

用于热结积滞、便秘腹痛、水肿胀满的治疗,是临床上最常用的泻下药之一。番泻甙具有清热行滞,通便利水,排毒养颜,具有促进肠胃蠕动致泻的作用。并具一定抗菌功能,临床尚可用于急性胰腺炎、菌痢、流行性出血热、胆囊炎、产后回乳等。主要应用于医药,减肥保健品等。
