硅胶生产方法

生产方法一:硫酸法将水玻璃和硫酸分别稀释到一定浓度后进行中和反应,形成水凝胶,经老化,水洗,添加助剂均质化,喷雾干燥,气流粉碎,烘干制得微细二氧化硅气凝胶。 
生产方法二:浸渍法将除净混杂物的细孔球形硅胶或细孔块状硅胶在吸湿室内用直接蒸汽进行硅胶的吸湿。室内温度用冷风泵调节,控制上层硅胶的温度不超过70℃。30h后检查吸湿是否完全(以在水中不炸为准),吸湿完全后闷料8h,然后放人装有氯化钴和氯化铵的浸染器,浸染时是以染液1L和干胶1.1 kg之比进行,浸湿胶要一次倒入迅速搅拌,保持室温在15℃以上,浸染6~12h,然后脱水,在90~110℃烘干至水分含量≤2%,经筛选制得蓝胶指示剂和变色硅胶
