二苄叉丙酮制备方法

制备方法:由苯甲醛和丙酮发生羟醛缩合反应制得,反应在乙醇水溶液中进行,反应温度20-25℃,产率78%。

2PhCHO+CH3COCH3―――→PhCH=CH——COCH=CHPh

在苯甲醛和丙酮的交叉羟醛缩合反应中,通过改变反应物的投料比可得到两种不同产物,如果苯甲醛和丙酮按1:1 比例反应则生成苄叉丙酮。

羟醛缩合反应:两分子具有α-活泼氢的醛酮在稀酸或稀碱催化下发生分子间缩合反应生成β-羟基醛酮即羟醛酮;若提高反应温度则进一步失水生成α,β-不饱和醛酮,这种反应叫羟醛缩合反应。这是合成α,β-不饱和羰基化合物的重要方法,也是有机合成中增长碳链的重要方法。

羟醛缩合分为自身缩合和交叉羟醛缩合两种。如没有α-活泼氢的芳醛可与有α-活泼氢的醛酮发生羟醛缩合,得到α,β-不饱和醛酮,这种交叉的羟醛缩合称为Claisen-Schmidt反应。这是合成侧链上含两种官能团的芳香族化合物及含几个苯环的脂肪族体系中间体的重要方法。

二苄叉丙酮应用

利用再沉淀法成功制备出了二苄叉丙酮亚微米环结构,实验表明二苄叉丙酮分子在水中首先聚集形成二维带状结构,随后卷曲愈合形成亚微米环.光谱研究表明,二苄叉丙酮亚微米环的吸收相对于单体的吸收发生了明显的蓝移,而荧光发射光谱发生了红移现象,与二苄叉丙酮聚集体中分子间的作用力和分子的空间排列有关
